HAO's TradeMark Info.

The phrase HAO® is trademarked and is the sole property of HAO's owners. Its purpose is to ensure that whenever you see the HAO® brand name, you can be confident that the service is affiliated with us.
We've invested lots of time and energy into trademarking our name, and would appreciate your help protecting it. When talking or writing about us, please call us by our full name: Hackers Anonymous Organization® or just HAO® (as a proper noun, not a common noun.) For legal reasons, we'd prefer it if you did not call us "the HAO®."

Here are good examples of preferred usage:
           "I'm a member of HAO's Mailing List."
           "I've joined HAO®."
"I've told my friends about HAO®."
           "I love HAO's utilities."
"HAO® is the coolest utility site on the Web."

Here are examples of old, incorrect usage:
"I'm a member of the HAO® Mailing List."
           "I've joined the HAO®."
"I told my friends about the HAO®."
           "I love the HAO® programs."
           "The HAO® is cool."

In addition to the name "Hackers Anonymous Organization®", we've also trademarked the following graphic logos:

We ask that you do not copy these logos to your site, nor use them for any other purpose without our explicit consent.
